Warranty Policy
LUXEFLOATS provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all core system components.
Coverage Includes
- Electric motors
- Battery system
- Control system and remote
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
- Propeller blades, which are wear-and-tear items
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance, including failure to rinse after saltwater use
Saltwater Care Requirement
After saltwater use, the product must be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water, including motors and exposed components. Failure to properly rinse after saltwater exposure may void warranty coverage related to corrosion or salt-related damage.
Warranty Claims Process
- Customers must contact LUXEFLOATS support with a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours.
If the issue is confirmed as a covered defect, replacement parts will be provided under warranty. In most cases, no return of the defective part is required.
Shipping for Warranty Replacements
- Warranty covers replacement parts only.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with receiving replacement parts.
Limitation of Liability
LUXEFLOATS is not responsible for improper use of the product, unauthorized modifications, or indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use.
