Return Policy

Production Deposits

A 30% deposit reserves a personal production slot and is applied toward the product price. Every personal unit uses the same standard configuration. The deposit remains refundable until Luxefloats begins production. Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining product balance, shipping, and applicable taxes are due before shipment.

Returns After Delivery

Luxefloats offers a limited return policy designed to ensure product quality and prevent misuse.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, unregistered, and in its original packaging with all included components.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

Important

Products that have been used, installed, inflated, or exposed to water are not eligible for return.
