By reserving or purchasing a Luxefloats product, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Product Use
Luxefloats products are designed for recreational use in protected water with light waves and chop conditions only, including lakes, lagoons, protected coastal areas, bays, and similar environments. Luxefloats is too large for typical backyard or hotel swimming pools.
They are not intended for rough water, strong currents, high winds, or open-ocean conditions.
Safety & Supervision
Adult supervision is required at all times during use. Users must comply with all local boating, water safety, and maritime regulations.
Luxefloats products are not life-saving devices and should not be used as such.
System Operation
The Luxefloats personal package includes the float, motors, wireless remote control, protected battery system, dedicated battery charger, carry and storage bag, telescopic paddle, sun shade, and rechargeable dual-stage electric pump. The pump supports inflation and deflation, automatic shut-off, pressure memory, and USB-C charging. The customer is responsible for the proper setup, operation, charging, maintenance, and storage of all components according to the provided instructions.
Environmental Conditions & Care
Luxefloats products are built for sun, saltwater, and sand exposure. However, prolonged exposure without proper care may affect appearance and longevity.
Rinsing with fresh water after saltwater use and proper storage when not in use are recommended.

Reservations & Availability
Reservations secure priority placement in an upcoming production run. Delivery timelines may vary based on manufacturing schedules, logistics, and order volume.
For a personal purchase, a 30% deposit is required to reserve a production slot and is applied toward the total product price. Every personal unit uses the same standard configuration; there is no customization or specification approval step. The deposit remains refundable until Luxefloats begins production. Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Displayed product prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. The remaining product balance, confirmed shipping cost, and applicable taxes are due before shipment.
Assumption of Risk
Use of Luxefloats products involves inherent water-related risks. By purchasing or using the product, the customer assumes all responsibility for safe and appropriate use.
Limitation of Liability
Luxefloats is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or use in non-recommended conditions.
Modifications
Luxefloats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
